  • Ability to support and inspire a team of practitioners.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • A warm, approachable, and professional manner with children, families, and colleagues.

  • Discounted childcare for your family.

  • Healthcare plan to support your needs.

  • Benefits portal with staff discounts and perks.

  • Lead and motivate your room team to deliver high-quality care and learning.

  • Assist with planning, assessment, and implementation of the EYFS curriculum.

  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are always followed.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and preparation for Ofsted inspections.
