Hays are recruiting for a permanent Administrator. You will need to be fluent in English, French or Spanish to be considered for this role. This role is based in Manchester City Centre.
Your new role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Wholesale Administrator fluent in French and/or Spanish to support the wholesale operations team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication with European partners, managing order processing, and maintaining accurate records across multiple markets.
What you'll need to succeed
You will act as the primary point of contact for French and/or Spanish-speaking wholesale clients. You process wholesale orders accurately and in a timely manner using internal systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. You will maintain up-to-date records of orders, invoices, and client communications. Support the sales team with administrative tasks including price lists, product information, and stock availability. You will translate key documents and communications between English, French, and Spanish. Assist in resolving customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally. You will monitor and report on order trends, stock levels, and client feedback.
