About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, service-driven Facilities Coordinator to join our team in London. This role iskey to ensuring our workplace is welcoming, safe, and operating at the higheststandards for all building users.

As the first pointof contact for many visitors and staff, you’ll be the face of excellentservice, responsible for the faultless upkeep of your allocated floor area andmaintaining a positive environment that reflects our values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the assigned floor area is maintained to a high standard at all times.
  • Provide a professional, friendly and effectiveReception service, ensuring appropriatesecurity awareness.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all building users and visitors.
  • Take ownership of issues, resolving or escalating them promptly and effectively.
  • Enforce site rules and standards, particularly aroundHousekeeping,Security, andHealth & Safety.
  • Act as a key liaison for facilities-related issues, ensuring a clean, pleasant, and safe environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a facilities, front-of-house, or customer service-focused environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Familiarity with basicHealth & Safetyandbuilding management protocolsis desirable.
  • A professional, polished approach and a can-do attitude.
