We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to be based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) in the ISS Office.
In this role, you will work closely with the on-site teams to ensure all jobs are logged correctly, tracked efficiently, and that any issues are reported through the correct channels.

Job Description
You’ll be working closely with the Contract Operations Manager (CON) and Key Account Manager (KAM), gaining exposure to a wide range of facilities management activities.
It’s an excellent entry point into Facilities Management, offering the chance to learn and develop broader skills as a Facilities Coordinator, while being part of a team that’s committed to delivering a high-quality service to our client.
Key Responsibilities
Compile monthly reports, action logs, minutes, and support KAM with key reporting and dashboard updates.
Act as point of contact for clients, handling calls, queries, comms and coordination of Trust/ISS meetings.
Prepare slide reports and materials for contract, soft FM and operational meetings.
Raise POs, IT and systems access requests, and support with safeguard and near-hit reporting.
Provide administrative support to managers, including staff initiatives, awards, events and CSR activities.
Support wellbeing and engagement programmes, including My Voice survey actions.
Maintain accurate structures, processes and reporting, ensuring alignment with Trust and ISS requirements.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask effectively
Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office
Proven administrative experience (FM background not essential)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands
Flexible and adaptable approach to tasks and responsibilities
