About the role for a Pre-construction/Design Manager
As a Pre-construction/Design Manager the role will require experience in tendering, up front appraisals on tenders/opportunities (review tender information i.e drawings, reports, soil investigations, planning conditions etc) and identity and report on risks and provide a technical overview on this.
Requirements for a Pre-construction/Design Manager
- Experience working with Stats Authorities
- Experience with PCSA's
- Able to put PCSA programmes together
- Thinking outside the box approach
