The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with EHCPs and curriculum frameworks
- Setting high expectations to inspire and challenge learners
- Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress
- Adapting teaching to meet diverse needs and strengths
- Building strong relationships with families and carers
- Collaborating with therapists, support staff, and SLT to ensure high-quality provision
- Contributing to whole-school initiatives and ongoing improvement
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Meets the Teachers' Standards and has KS2 teaching experience (mainstream or SEN)
- Is enthusiastic about SEN and committed to continuous learning
- Brings strong classroom management and a nurturing, patient approach
- Is open to leading on curriculum or behaviour over time
