What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting the class teacher across the KS2 curriculum (Years 3–6)

• Promoting independent learning, critical thinking and engagement in class
• Supporting pupils with additional needs to access and enjoy learning
• Helping to manage classroom routines, behaviour and preparation of resources
• Contributing to enrichment activities, school displays and extra-curricular support

• A graduate or experienced teaching assistant with a passion for education
• Friendly, proactive and confident when working with upper primary pupils
• Strong communication skills and a calm, encouraging presence in the classroom
