About the Role
In this role, you will:
Provide end-to-end support for individuals and families in emergency dispersed accommodation.
Complete risk assessments and safety plans to reduce harm and promote wellbeing.
Welcome clients into accommodation and ensure their immediate needs are met.
Liaise with agencies such as housing, health, social services, and legal professionals to advocate for clients, referring high-risk clients to MARAC and represent them where appropriate.
Make referrals to internal and external services, including refuge and counselling.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to the IDAS helpline on a rota basis.
Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.
