We are seeking a positive and motivated person, who has a passion for people and enhancing local communities. The successful candidate will be working on a diverse range of local projects to ensure that the community voice is heard and acted upon. They will also be joining a dynamic and innovative Engagement Team in one of Wales premier housing associations.
You will be working with colleagues, residents and stakeholders to ensure tenant perspectives and feedback are central to housing services and decision-making. Responsibilities include facilitating engagement opportunities, gathering feedback, and working with tenants and staff to improve services
Requirement: You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
The post is subject to a Basic Disclosure Check
Base: Hybrid working - Community, Office and Home
Hours: 37 per week
