About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to provide a high-quality administrative service to our Outreach programme. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our school by supporting a wide range of functions including:
• General school administration
• Accurate and efficient data and information management
• Supporting financial processes and record-keeping
• Ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of effective and efficient admin systems
About you – we’re looking for someone who:
• Brings a positive, can-do attitude to their work
• Has excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Demonstrates empathy, resilience, and a commitment to inclusive education
• Can confidently handle sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a diverse team
