We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our 24/7 Service Centre team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering efficient helpdesk support across a busy facilities management contract.
Job Description
You’ll handle service requests via phone, email or online portal, ensuring they’re logged, prioritised and resolved in line with agreed response times. You’ll also keep systems updated, liaise with site teams, and help ensure issues are closed out smoothly.
With a strong understanding of facilities management and a natural flair for problem-solving, you’ll provide clear, professional communication that reflects our service values. You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team in a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle all Helpdesk requests via phone, email, or online system.
Log and manage jobs in line with agreed SLAs and priorities.
Maintain accurate data within the CAFM system.
Communicate job progress and delays to customers.
Liaise with site teams to ensure timely job closure.
Manage complaints professionally and efficiently.
Provide admin support including surveys, reports, and ad-hoc tasks.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Excellent active listening and clear communication skills.
High accuracy and speed in data input.
Strong customer service focus, including complaint handling.
Confident, professional telephone manner.
Positive, collaborative team player.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
