Shared Lives - Making a Difference
Join Our Specialist Team as a Shared Lives Admin Assistant. We’re looking for a dedicated and organised individual to support our Shared Lives service, which enables vulnerable adults to live in a family setting with approved carers, receiving personalised care in a safe and nurturing environment.
As a Shared Lives Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service, and the management team. You’ll assist with coordinating referrals, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of placements across Wiltshire.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Handling referrals and gathering essential information to support placement decisions.
Maintaining and updating databases and documentation.
Supporting the team with scheduling, communications, and training logistics.
Providing clear and sensitive guidance to carers and colleagues.
Data collection and organisation
Assisting with quality assurance and compliance monitoring.
Marketing and organisations of our resources, such as socials, to share information about our service
A clean driving licence and willingness to travel within Wiltshire is essential. While our base is in Trowbridge, we offer flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
