We’re looking for skilled Motor Claims Handlers to join our friendly and expanding team in Bolton. If you have a proven track record in handling motor claims and want to work in a supportive, professional environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of First Notification of Loss (FNOL) and Accidental Damage claims from start to finish, ensuring policyholders receive a smooth and fair resolution. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage caseloads, and pay attention to detail will be key to delivering excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in motor claims handling
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Confident with computer systems and managing multiple claims
Working towards your CII qualification is an advantage (we’ll support you if you’re not there yet)
