What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) – essential.
- Proven Nursery Manager experience in an early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A positive, professional, and inclusive approach to managing people and practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
- Oversee curriculum planning and ensure activities are in line with the EYFS framework.
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and all safeguarding requirements.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a positive, collaborative working culture.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and external partners.
- Monitor occupancy, budgets, and resources to meet operational and business goals.
