The Role – Graduate Teaching Assistant:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to provide academic support to pupils who require additional guidance in core subjects. You’ll support both high-achieving students and those who need targeted intervention, helping them to reach their potential.
Your responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant will include leading small group sessions, offering 1:1 tuition, and reinforcing learning objectives during lessons. You’ll also help build pupil confidence and encourage positive learning behaviours throughout the school day.
