The Role:

Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant

Full-time, long-term position starting from September
Monday–Friday, 32.5 hours per week during term-time only
Earn up to £560 per week as a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant
Secondary school based in Leeds with a strong focus on STEM excellence

What We're Looking For:

• Graduates with a 2:1 degree or higher in Maths, Science, Engineering, or Computing
• Passion for supporting young people's learning and development
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for STEM subjects
• Commitment to making a positive impact on student achievement

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils across KS3 & KS4 in a range of STEM subjects
Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to boost understanding and attainment
Learn from outstanding classroom practitioners in dynamic STEM departments
• Assist with practical demonstrations and experiments in Science classes
• Support coding and computational thinking in Computing lessons
• Help students develop problem-solving skills in Mathematics
