About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
- Assist in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Support children with additional needs to access learning
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Contribute to the wider school community through clubs and events
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children (school-based or other settings)
- A caring and patient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA Certificate) are desirable but not essential
