Exclusive Education is one of the North West’s leading education recruitment agencies, working in partnership with Primary, Secondary, and Special Educational Needs schools. We offer a range of teaching and support roles—long-term, short-term, and day-to-day—on both a full-time and part-time basis.

We are currently seeking to appoint a Level 2 or above Nursery Practitioner at a warm and nurturing early years setting in St. Helen’s. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for early childhood development and a commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0–5
Support the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues
Promote children’s personal, social, emotional, and physical development
Work effectively as part of a dedicated team to maintain high standards of care
Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Candidate Requirements:

Hold a recognised childcare qualification at Level 2 or above (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, BTEC)
Eligible to work in the UK
Previous experience working in an early years setting
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Warm, caring, and patient approach to working with young children
Two professional references relating to work with children
A current Enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
