Summary
Team & Site Management Manage and oversee 7 dental sites. Organise rotas and annual leave schedules. Monitor sickness absence in line with Trust policy. Manage training certificates to ensure compliance with GDC requirements. Ensure ESR compliance and maintain accurate staff records. Conduct staff appraisals and arrange wellbeing conversations. Complete workplace risk assessments. Coordinate ongoing training for the dental team. Ensure adherence to Trust policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines. Promote equal access to career progression opportunities for dental nurses. Clinical Governance & Risk Management Complete incident and risk management reports. Handle complaints and compliments professionally and promptly. Conduct infection control audits across all dental sites. Organise servicing and maintenance of dental equipment. Finance & Compliance Manage the dental budget, contracts, and funding. Serve as Information Asset Owner (IAO) for the service, updating the ROP quarterly. Update the dental website and retrieve x-rays from practitioners using Umbraco. Attend Nurse, Senior Team Member (STM), and Care Quality meetings. Upload staff data to Compass NHSBSA (WTE). Additional Requirements Ability to travel independently across all dental sites to fulfil the posts requirements.
