Working across our 3 main production areas of Primary (also covering By Products), MAP (also covering the Dyno line) and High Care (also covering Infusions and High Risk), youll work in conjunction with our Factory
Working across our 3 main production areas of Primary (also covering By Products), MAP (also covering the Dyno line) and High Care (also covering Infusions and High Risk), you’ll work in conjunction with our Factory Manager and Training Manager to ensure that the training matrix is maintained to reflect live information. Having been fully trained on all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the relevant area, in turn, the successful candidate will train our operations team as necessary.
Key Areas:
- Working in conjunction with Factory Manager and Training Manager to ensure that Training Matrix is maintained as a working live document
- The successful candidates will be fully trained on all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for their relevant area and will in turn train our operations team as necessary
- Responsibility for ensuring that employee training documents are signed as training is completed
- Work closely with the team to ensure that all departmental transferals or operative position changes are recorded in a timely manner and all relevant paperwork updated
- Work with the team to ensure that all Work Instructions are prepared and trained out to all relevant employees
- Work with the team to ensure that all 5S standards and rules are up to date and all employees and trained as necessary
- Ensure renewal training is carried out to all operatives in a timely manner
- Audit SOPs/Operatives on a regular basis
- Highlight and advise training gaps as they occur
- Support new starters to the area as and when requested
- Highlight e-learning gaps and timetable to complete
- Provide training on Food Safety Culture
- Audit Food Safety Culture
- Any other duties required

Experience:
- Manufacturing Experience preferred
