If so, we invite you to explore the opportunity of joining our team as a Yield Champion within our Primary Processing Department.

In this role, you will spend 85% to 90% of your time on the factory floor analysing yields, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating closely with key departments such as training, engineering, operations, and technical teams. As the Yield Champion, you will play a vital role in reporting directly to factory management, driving process enhancements and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

Conducting ongoing analyses of performance results at every stage of the process

• Implementing and managing projects to increase performance (including delivery of training and arranging of workshops)

• Monitoring the effectiveness of production lines, abnormalities in machine, line and filleting process settings, same as irregularities in machines performances between the lines must be immediately flagged to the relevant engineering / operational team on a daily basis

• Analysis and oversight of productivity losses at each step of the process must be highlighted immediately to the engineering / operational team

• Provide advice for equipment that impacts productivity

• Generate and distribute daily reports to the factory manager and other important stakeholders in the area

• Work together with external groups to enhance process efficiency

Expectations:

•Knowledge of production processes

•Experience in filleting and Scrape Test

•Analytical thinking

•Easiness to work collaboratively

•Ability to conduct presentations / training
