Location: Stockport
Pay Rate: £35,000 - £38,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm

About the Role:
You’ll be leading a dedicated team of Customer Service colleagues, taking full responsibility for team performance, coaching and development, and day-to-day operations. You’ll be expected to drive efficiency and continuous improvement while ensuring top-tier service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily running of the department including administrative tasks and system processes
- Monitor case flow and resolve any operational issues swiftly
- Lead and motivate a team to meet or exceed targets
- Support business change and process improvement
- Provide regular 1-2-1 coaching, mentoring and performance reviews
- Produce and report departmental performance data
- Foster collaboration across business functions to meet goals
- Handle absence management, holiday approvals and wellbeing support
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a customer service leadership role
- A hands-on, motivational approach to team management
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Comfortable driving change and performance improvements
- Organised, proactive and results-focused
- Ethical, client-focused and dependable
