About the Role
FIXED TERM CONTRACT - 12 months
As a customer services adviser, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. You will be liaising with local volunteers to support them in providing first aid cover at events. You will be part of a welcoming supportive team who will help you to understand this unique organisation.

You will need to have an eye for detail and have excellent communication skills, being able to deal with customers, staff and volunteers.
