A busy family based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent seeks an After-school Nanny to help them care for three school-aged children. The nanny will be calm and patient but have the energy to keep up with the children and take charge of light housekeeping tasks related to them. Someone with SEN experience is a big bonus for this role. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare healthy meals for the children. The family has a dog that is required to be walked once per day so someone pet-friendly is ideal for this position. A driver is required for this position, and the candidate should be comfortable driving both automatic and manual vehicles.

Big preference for French speakers however they can consider English-speaking candidates. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, approximately 25 hours per week

Duties include:

preparing healthy meals and snacks
washing and dressing the children
helping with homework
doing after school activities with the children
preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
doing arts and crafts
taking the children to parks and playgrounds
preparing them for bed and reading them stories
They are looking for someone who can start in September 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
