Looking for a rewarding opportunity to support children and help build a positive school community? Leigh Academy Paddock Wood has a fantastic opportunity and are seeking to appoint an After School Club Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible.
Join our vibrant team and play a key role in our highly successful wraparound care program. You’ll be working with a well-attended and well-resourced after-school club, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our students. With the full support of our experienced staff and Senior Leadership Team, you’ll help foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues alike.
Each and every member of staff, regardless of their position or seniority, is expected to participate in the overall running of the school and to act as a positive role model for our students. In and out of the classroom you will encourage and promote positive behaviour and effectively manage any situation that threatens to impact on the progress of other students.
The basis of this role is permanent, offering £6,697 per annum (£23,656 Full Time Equivalent), based on 12.5 hours per week, term time only.
If you're enthusiastic about making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
