SEND Transformation Project Manager needed Paying £389.84 per day ref 5273475

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Provide confident leadership and strategic oversight of the SEND strategy, attendance, and inclusion agenda
    • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver against the Safety Valve monitoring requirements in a timely and effective manner
    • Support the SEND & Alternative Provision (AP) Delivery Board, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
    • Maintain oversight of the Dedicated Schools Grant (DSG) Deficit Management Plan, ensuring financial sustainability
    • Successfully manage and deliver complex projects or portfolios using appropriate project management methodologies
    • Develop and maintain integrated project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and resource forecasts
    • Provide effective leadership and guidance to project teams, enabling successful delivery of work packages
    • Identify and manage project risks through robust analysis, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning
    • Establish and maintain governance structures, including progress reporting to senior stakeholders
    • Report regularly to Directors and Executive Directors within Children and Education Services
