Summary

MadiganGill are looking for a Construction Project Manager with a Residential or Accommodation background in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure all project components align with the overall objectives.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and provide regular financial updates. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve conflicts and handle issues that arise during the project life-cycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, updating them on project progress, milestones, and any changes. Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations effectively.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Days: Monday - Friday (Potential weekend shifts available)

Hours: 07:30 - 17:00
