Summary
SEND Transformation Project Manager needed Paying £389.84 per day ref 5273475
Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide confident leadership and strategic oversight of the SEND strategy, attendance, and inclusion agenda
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver against the Safety Valve monitoring requirements in a timely and effective manner
- Support the SEND & Alternative Provision (AP) Delivery Board, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Maintain oversight of the Dedicated Schools Grant (DSG) Deficit Management Plan, ensuring financial sustainability
- Successfully manage and deliver complex projects or portfolios using appropriate project management methodologies
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and resource forecasts
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to project teams, enabling successful delivery of work packages
- Identify and manage project risks through robust analysis, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning
- Establish and maintain governance structures, including progress reporting to senior stakeholders
- Report regularly to Directors and Executive Directors within Children and Education Services
