About the Role
Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator looking to develop your career in HR? We’re looking for a to join our collaborative and high-performing People team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading accountancy and advisory firm at an exciting time in our growth journey as we look to over double in size in the next few years.
Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering a comprehensive People administration service across the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. You’ll also be a key point of contact for employee queries, maintain accurate records in our HR system (Workday), and support key People projects.
Key responsibilities will include
Providing accurate and timely administration for key People processes including onboarding, offboarding, vetting, compliance, and employee changes
Maintaining and updating employee records in our HRIS (Workday) and ensure digital files are kept up to date and GDPR compliant
Acting as a first point of contact for People-related queries, offering accurate advice on policies and procedures
Supporting the coordination and delivery of People-related projects that align with our wider business strategy
Working collaboratively across the wider People team, including Payroll & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development
About You
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices is desirable
A high level of confidentiality and discretion
Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems (experience with Workday is a plus)
A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to use initiative and confident in supporting continuous improvements in the team
