Location: Macclesfield - Seasonal Role
LaplandUK is a multi award-winning, immersive Christmas experience that brings the enchanting world of Father Christmas and his Elves to life. Set in beautifully designed woodland near Macclesfield and inspired by original stories from founders Mike & Alison Battle, LaplandUK blends Hollywood-quality sets, West End performances, and heartwarming storytelling to create unforgettable festive memories.
We’re on the lookout for experienced, proactive, and joyful leaders to join our guest experience team as Golden Experience Supervisors.
The Role
As a Golden Experience Supervisor, you’ll take the lead during your shift to ensure every guest’s journey through Lapland is seamless, magical, and truly unforgettable. From managing team briefings to coordinating with multiple departments, you’ll be the go-to person for on-the-ground operations and guest experience excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Lead a team of hosts to deliver exceptional guest service
Provide team briefings and real-time operational support
Oversee guest touchpoints including seating, dining, performance, and gifting
Coordinate with key departments: Wardrobe, F&B, Event Control, and more
Champion guest inclusion, accessibility, and wellbeing
Manage shift schedules and support staff welfare
Uphold safety protocols and respond to incidents professionally
About You
We’re looking for calm, confident leaders with a warm presence and a focus on teamwork. Whether you come from live events, theatre, hospitality, or attractions, what matters most is your ability to lead with empathy and joy.
You’ll bring:
1+ year of team leadership in a guest-facing role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A cool head in fast-paced environments
Awareness of health & safety and accessibility best practices
Comfort with tech tools and shift scheduling
A hands-on, can-do attitude and festive spirit
What You’ll Receive
£17.00 per hour
