Your New School
A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Hackney is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Learning Support Assistant to join their team in Year 3 from September 2025. Your New Role
As a KS2 LSA, you will:
- Provide targeted support to pupils in Year 3, including those with additional learning needs.
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and differentiated learning activities.
- Support pupils' social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusion.
- Assist with classroom preparation, small group work, and one-to-one interventions.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in KS2.
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) is desirable but not essential.
