Summary
A forward-thinking and inclusive primary school in Hackney is seeking a passionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a Year 4 class. Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils in Year 4.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum.
- Support children with additional needs, including those with EHCPs.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience working in a primary school, ideally in Key Stage 2.
- A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
