Your New School

Your New Role
As a Reception SEN TA, you will:
- Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with special educational needs, helping them access learning and develop key skills.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies.
- Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for early learning.
- Support with personal care and emotional regulation where needed.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience working with children in Early Years or SEN settings.
- A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to supporting young learners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, EYFS or SEN training) is desirable.
