Crynodeb
The Coulport Risk Manager is responsible to the Programme & Performance Manager for the development and maintenance of the Risk Management Process. They will act as a driver for risk management across the Clyde community to collate risks and encourage integration and cohesion across all stakeholder groups working towards a holistic risk strategy. The Risk Manager will have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across the base and learn about the various organisations operating at Clyde.
Roles and responsibilities:
Be the lead and principal point of contact for risk management within RNAD Coulport.
Be a champion for strategic risk management and promote a common understanding and application throughout RNAD Coulport.
Facilitate Risk Management at Clyde strategic level by holding regular Risk Reviews with Directors and link into wider NBCC Governance.
Engage with wider Navy Command on risk matters.
Develop team members and enhance quality of outputs through the sharing of knowledge, experience and information.
Undertake additional tasks identified by the Line Manager or directly from Dep SADC.
Be an integral part in the development of the MOD Authority Intelligent Customer cadre to to improve assurance and decision making across RNAD Coulport.
