Job Title: CNC Setter/Operator
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour + night shift allowance

Shift Details:

• Days: Friday to Sunday
• Hours: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• Break: 30-minute unpaid break per shift
• Total Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join our weekend night shift team. This role involves setting and operating Mazak, Doosan, and Matsura CNC machines for milling and turning operations. It’s ideal for individuals who are skilled, reliable, and prefer working concentrated shifts across the weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Mazak, Doosan, and Matsura CNC machinery (milling and turning).

  
  

• Ensure all work meets quality standards and dimensional accuracy.

  
  

• Carry out routine machine maintenance and report issues promptly.

  
  

• Inspect finished parts and verify they meet technical specifications.

  
  

• Maintain consistent output to meet weekend production targets.

  
  Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in CNC machine setting and operation.

    
    

  • Competence with Mazak, Doosan, and Matsura equipment.

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    
    

  • Ability to work independently on night shifts.
