Remedy is working with a forward-thinking and inclusive secondary PRU in Greenwich to recruit a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience or for those who are already experienced in supporting young learners.

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to ensure they can access the curriculum and thrive within a mainstream classroom. You'll work collaboratively with teachers, the SEND department, and support staff to promote equality in education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Help advance student learning in a variety of classroom settings
- Provide targeted in-class support for students with SEND
- Deliver 1:1 support to high-needs students as required
- Promote inclusion and equal learning access for all students
- Record behaviour, interventions, and meetings using SIMS and student files
- Support students with physical needs, as appropriate

This role is ideal for those based in or near Greenwich, who are keen to work in education and training, particularly within a SEND environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working with young people (preferred)
- Be patient, supportive, and passionate about inclusive learning
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a team player who can also work independently
- Have a genuine interest in education, training, and student development
