Prospero Teaching is looking for passionate Behaviour Mentors to join our SEN PRU Secondary Boys School in South East London, Peckham.
- Position: Behaviour Mentor
- Location: South East London, Peckham
- Start Date: ASAP
- Full Time: 5 days per week
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Salary: £90 - £100 per day (Depending on experience and qualifications)
- Contract: Temporary to permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges
- Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour
- Assist with daily classroom activities and provide emotional support
- Work with teachers and staff to create a safe, supportive environment
- Monitor and report on students' progress, adapting strategies as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach
