Summary
To be accountable to the Maintenance Manager for the delivery of the Asset Management Function and Maintenance and Performance Function.
In direct support of the Maintenance & Contract Performance Manager, provide the discrete Intelligent Customer(IC) role for the Estates Intelligent Customer Function with the Supplier.
Ensure Management Information (MI), Reports and contract deliverables are met in accordance with the FMSP Statement of Technical Requirement (SOTR), associated SOTR Annexes and contract schedules, engaging the Nuclear Design & Maintenance (NDM) group where deliverables impact NDM managed assets.
Under the direction of the Maintenance & Contract Performance Manager, work with the IP to ensure expected contract performance and value for money in the delivery of the contract.
To support/deliver Naval Base “Rounds” as directed by the Deputy Estates Manager, ensuring that all site activities are managed and delivered safely, effectively and coherently. This is an activity that will necessitate close engagement with other ICs and the Industry Partners.
To assist any queries/issues identified by Maintenance & Contract Performance Manager and Projects Manager to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Assist in the evaluation of tender returns from Industry Partners and undertake clarification or development tasks as directed.
To attend the IC Forum, as necessary to support the Deputy Estates Manager and interact with ICs to enable the discharge their respective Output Specifications (i.e., Ships/Subs/Logistics/Waterfront).
To provide administrative support to the Estates Intelligent Customer Manager’s and the Deputy Estates Manager for the implementation of Asset Management Governance across the Devonport Estate.
