Summary

Are you a qualified and experienced accounting professional looking for a fresh challenge away from timesheets and targets?

Do you enjoy sharing your knowledge, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact across teams?A rapidly growing company based in Norwich is seeking a Practice Development & Learning Manager to help drive learning, innovation, and performance across its national network of accountancy practices.

Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs across the network
  • Coordinate internal and external training courses
  • Organise and deliver Technical Update Days
  • Develop training materials and manage budgets
  • Deliver training sessions to franchisees and staff


Practice Support & Enablement

  • Promote tech adoption and process improvement
  • Create and update practice guidance and user content
  • Respond to queries and escalate support issues as needed
  • Maintain relationships with external software and outsourcing partners


Practice Growth & Success

  • Help improve profitability through best practice implementation
  • Support the delivery of exceptional client service
  • Empower franchise teams to reach their full potential


The successful candidate

  • Experienced working within an accountancy practice
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels
  • Collaborative mindset with an ability to work independently
  • Commercial awareness and an eye for practical solutions
  • Interest in technology and process optimisation (full training provided)
