Summary

Nursery Manager – Level 3 Early Years or Above | Up to £35,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to lead a beautiful, well-designed nursery that combines inspiring indoor spaces with a fantastic outdoor area for exploration and play. What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) – essential.
• Proven Nursery Manager experience in an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding practices, and Ofsted standards.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the team to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and all safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
• Manage occupancy levels, budgets, and resources to achieve operational goals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
• Support staff development through training, feedback, and ongoing professional opportunities.
