Summary
Deputy Nursery Manager – Level 3 Early Years or Above | Up to £30,000

What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) – essential.
- Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or in a senior early years leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding procedures, and Ofsted requirements.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- A supportive, proactive, and child-focused approach

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to deliver outstanding care and education.
- Plan and oversee engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted standards are consistently met.
- Assist with managing occupancy, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Contribute to staff training, appraisals, and ongoing professional development.
