We’re looking for a property professional to lead the development and delivery of our Property Strategy, ensuring it supports the organisation’s operational priorities. This role involves managing property transactions, overseeing external suppliers, maintaining accurate records and databases, and working closely with internal teams and government departments. You’ll also support budgeting and forecasting, lead reporting requirements, and manage a small team to deliver high-quality property services.
Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
Manage property acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations and renewals, rent reviews etcProvide expert advice and guidance on all matters relating to propertyWork closely with Finance on budgeting and forecasting providing and provide reporting updatesLead on commissioning legal and professional property servicesWork with key stakeholders to agree and plan a programme of acquisitions and disposalsManage the performance of external consultants and professional services suppliersOversee the management of the property database including SofTE and SAMP reportingGreat line management is important to us as an organisation, and we will equip and support line managers to develop the skills they need. We aim to empower line managers to create teams where people can flourish and deliver excellent outcomes for the public.
