We’re looking for someone to provide professional support across cost, contract, and programme management, helping to deliver building, refurbishment, and fit-out projects. You’ll work closely with the Head of Property to shape and deliver the strategy for capital and revenue works that support the organisation’s priorities.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

1.Lead on delivery of assigned projects

2.Plan, manage and deliver through a team of project managers a series of building refurbishments and fit out

3.Procure contractors in accordance with the Agency’s Procurement policies

4.Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery

5.Provide and ensure regular status reporting for the overall programme

6.Manage and oversee the internal procurement process for assigned projects

7.Manage the performance of key supply agents in the delivery of assigned projects

8.Manage the project management team under your supervision
