What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EHCPs or SEN
• Assisting children with ASD, ADHD, speech & language or SEMH needs
• Implementing structured routines and tailored learning strategies
• Encouraging social interaction, communication and emotional regulation
• Supporting teachers in adapting resources and maintaining an inclusive environment
• Helping to create a safe, positive and nurturing classroom for all learners
