What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting the Year 4 teacher with lesson delivery, preparation and classroom routines
• Working with small groups and 1:1 to reinforce key learning in English, maths and topic work
• Encouraging classroom engagement, positive behaviour, and independent learning
• Assisting pupils with varying needs, including those with SEN or EAL
• Helping with resources, displays and enrichment activities
• Building strong relationships with pupils and supporting their personal development
