Our close-knit team includes 2 GP Partners, a Practice Manager, clinical staff, and a supportive admin team. The Role: We're looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to oversee our practices administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient service. This is a part-time role ideal for someone organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and support the admin/reception team, providing guidance and training. Operations Management: Ensure efficient workflows for appointments, patient records, and correspondence. Compliance & Data Security: Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR, NHS policies, and practice protocols. Patient Service: Handle queries sensitively, resolving issues and improving processes where needed. Practice Projects: Assist with audits, recalls, and service improvements. Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with clinicians, management, and external partners. Who You Are: Experienced inprimary care/admin leadership(GP practice experience desirable). Highly organised with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Excellent communicator, able to lead a team and interact with patients professionally.
