We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to lead our catering operation in Bristol - an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious ISS food brand in a rare local opening.

Job Description

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality meals while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a lasting impact through exceptional service and great food.

Key Responsibilities

Actively seek new business and develop client relationships
Ensure high-quality food production using modern techniques and trends
Plan, coordinate, and order food in line with standard recipes and client numbers
Drive business growth aligned with high street trends and client innovation
Maintain budget compliance, profitability, and use of nominated suppliers
Lead, recruit, train, and communicate effectively with the catering team
Oversee all catering operations, ensuring cleanliness, service standards, and compliance

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in hospitality food production
Level 3 Food Safety certification
Clean, well-presented, and pleasant team member
Engaging and reliable with strong attendance record
Able to work unsupervised and lead catering operations
