About the Role
This is an exceptional and rare opportunity for an accomplished payroll professional to join a market-leading business that offers a truly outstanding package. We’re now looking for a Payroll and Reward Manager to join our vibrant People Services team on a permanent basis. This opportunity requires a capable payroll professional with exceptional attention to detail and passion to continuously improve our total reward offering. This opportunity provides a platform for engagement with an array of stakeholders across the UK, to bring our employee pay, reward and benefit strategy to a whole new level. You’ll ensure seamless processing of monthly payroll and fortnightly expenses cycles, as well as oversight of new benefit and reward initiatives that enhance and reinforce a high-performing and inclusive culture, aligned to our values.
This role will facilitate employee satisfaction workstreams and support our HR operations, creating impact within the organisation. The Payroll and Reward Manager has some direct line management responsibility and sits within a medium sized People Services department, based in our newly refurbished Head Office, in Bolton. If you’re looking for an organisation that values hybrid working, we offer a 4 day working week performance based non contractual scheme and up to 3 days per week working from home.
Who are we looking for?
If you thrive in a caring and inclusive environment with a positive culture and you have a forward thinking approach to the human resources profession, this job could be for you! Your motivational, 'can do' attitude will help you work efficiently both autonomously and as part of a team. Ideally, you’ll be CIPP Level 5 qualified or working towards. You’ll be detail orientated and passionate about creating a continuously delightful employee offering. You’d be a great match for this job role and our organisation if you have multisite experience in a similar sector, coupled with strong time management skills, experience of running payrolls and reward and recognition schemes. If you’re interested in being part of a People Team that has an ability to impact the lives of thousands of children, where you’ll have the scope to create and deliver best-in-class people services, please apply.
