We're currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Bexley. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of students with SEND.

Pay: £95-£115 per day

Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:

You'll play a key role in supporting students with SEND across the school, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting students in accessing the curriculum in and out of the classroom
  • Assisting during break times, lunch, school trips, and extracurricular activities
  • Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring students' wellbeing
  • Collaborating with teachers and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for students

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and truly passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEND.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to support children with additional needs
  • Experience working with SEND or vulnerable individuals (e.g., in education, healthcare, youth work, or social care)
  • Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
