What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting students aged 11–16 in an alternative provision environment
• Delivering academic and emotional support 1:1 and in small groups
• Assisting with positive behaviour strategies and structured routines
• Working under the guidance of SENCOs, therapists, and school leaders
• Supporting re-engagement with learning and classroom participation
• Promoting student confidence, resilience, and independence

Ideal Learning Support Assistant For this Bexley School:
• Graduate with a degree in psychology, education, or related subject
• Previous experience with SEND or SEMH is desirable but not essential
• Calm, confident, and committed to long-term development
• Able to build strong, consistent relationships with challenging pupils
• Reliable and ready to commit for the full academic year
